Senior Center Thanksgiving Luncheon 2010 (37 photos)

Thanks to our frends at Inner Vision Images, we are pleased to share these photos from last Thanksgiving. In addition to lunch with all the trimmings served to the seniors by volunteers from CalPers, the seniors honored outgoing Sacramento County Supervisor Roger Dickinson for his support over the years. They wished him luck in his new roll as California State Assemblymember!

Operation Cratchit a Success!

Operation Cratchit 2011 was a huge success, thanks to the generosity of our donors and volunteers. Nearly 70,000 lbs. of food was donated and delivered by the students of Jesuit High School. Brookfield School, Smythe Elementary School, and numerous businesses and individuals also donated food.

The employees of Aerojet gave a huge donation of new toys, including over 30 brand new bicycles with helmets! Others that gathered toys & gifts include 3fold, Toys for Tots, Bank of America retirees, Metro Edge, GNNA, and many individuals.

We are grateful for everyone that helped make the holidays brighter for the 743 households served. Thank you!!
